Meet
Merideth Emma
Hi, I’m Merideth — the face and heart behind the lens.

I never imagined photography and videography would become my path. Growing up, I was drawn to sports, psychology, and even criminology — but life has a way of gently guiding us to where we’re meant to be.

One of my earliest joys was flipping through old family scrapbooks — those thick pages filled with printed photos, hand-written notes, and the kind of details that time can't erase. To this day I still print out my favorite memories from the year. That love for storytelling in its most tangible, timeless form has stuck with me, even as technology has evolved. In a world of instant snapshots and fleeting digital posts, I want to bring back the heart of what photography used to be — intentional, real, and lasting.

Getting to Know Me
After earning my Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology, I spent over three and a half years at NASCAR Productions, where I fell in love working behind a camera. With my background in psychology, I’ve always been fascinated by the “why” behind people — and that curiosity shows up in how I work. I approach every project with care, intention, and a genuine desire to reflect your story honestly and beautifully.
My goal is to create something you’ll want to come back to — not just now, but years from now — just like those old scrapbooks I still treasure. Outside of work, you can usually find me training for a Hyrox, hiking a new trail, sipping strong coffee, loving on everyone else’s dogs, or trying out a new hobby (some more successfully than others). I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer — I’m all about growth, challenge, and connection.
At the end of the day, I’m here to serve you — with creativity, professionalism, and a whole lot of heart. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, brings your vision to life, and cares deeply about the story behind the shot, I’d be honored to work with you.
